Universal Ordering Platform Cloud is the Universal Ordering Platform hosted for you: till, kitchen screens, online store, phone orders, delivery and back office for your restaurant, with nothing to install.
It is the same software as the self-hosted licence, in Arabic, English, French and Spanish, for one or many branches. Try it first: the Restaurants page has a live demo, a sample restaurant called Cairo Bites with real screens and demo sign-ins.

Plans and billing
Choose a plan and a billing period above.
The plans
- Starter, $10 per month ($100 per year): one branch, up to 5 staff accounts; till, kitchen display, online store, QR table ordering and sales reports.
- Growth, $20 per month ($200 per year): up to 3 branches and 20 staff accounts; adds delivery and cash on delivery, inventory and recipes, refunds and reconciliation.
- Business, $40 per month ($400 per year): up to 10 branches and 100 staff accounts; adds the REST API and webhooks.
How it works
- Choose your plan and billing period and check out.
- Once your payment is confirmed we set up your business and email you its address and sign-in details.
- Plans are prepaid and do not renew automatically. To continue, pay for the next period before the current one ends.
Good to know
- Your own accounts – SMS or WhatsApp sending, card payment gateways and the Voipat cloud PBX are connected with your own accounts.
- Delivery apps – orders from delivery apps arrive through the order webhook or an integration partner.
- Egyptian e-receipts – the ETA integration is in certification.
