Universal Ordering Platform runs a restaurant's till, kitchen screens, online store, phone orders, delivery and back office from one system, in Arabic, English, French and Spanish. This is the self-hosted licence: you install it on your own server.
It is built for restaurants and food businesses in Egypt and the Gulf: right-to-left Arabic throughout, VAT-inclusive or exclusive prices, cash, card, wallet and cash on delivery, and one or many branches under one account. Try it first: the Restaurants page has a live demo, a sample restaurant called Cairo Bites with real screens and demo sign-ins.

Licence, delivery and requirements
What you get, and what your server needs.
- Licence – one year per server, for as many branches and staff as that server runs. Renew yearly to keep receiving updates.
- Delivery – once your payment is confirmed we email the installation package and step-by-step instructions, and can install it for you.
- Server – Debian 12/13 or Ubuntu with Node.js 20 or later and PostgreSQL 15 or later; Apache or Nginx in front for HTTPS.
- Not included – SMS or WhatsApp sending, card payment gateways and the cloud PBX are connected with your own accounts; Egyptian e-receipts (ETA) are in certification.
