IT Resources Cloud is the IT Resources monitoring, service-desk and operations platform, hosted for you. You get your own instance without installing or maintaining a server.
It is the same software as the self-hosted licence: one place to watch firewalls, routers, switches, servers, internet lines, VPNs and VOIP systems, alert the on-call engineer and give every client a view of their own estate.

What you pay, and when.
The plan
- $149 per month for one hosted instance.
- $1,490 per year: twelve months for the price of ten.
- $199 setup fee, once per instance, added to your first order.
- Need more than one instance? Set the number of instances; each has its own plan and setup fee.
How it works
- Choose monthly or yearly billing above and check out.
- Once your payment is confirmed we set up your instance and email you its address and sign-in details.
- Plans are prepaid and do not renew automatically. To continue, pay for the next period before the current one ends.
What you can monitor from a hosted instance
A hosted instance needs a route to the devices it watches.
- Internet-facing equipment – firewalls, routers, WAN lines, VPN endpoints and servers with public addresses are checked directly.
- Hosts behind NAT – servers and workstations run the push agent, which dials out to your instance, so no inbound access is needed.
- Private networks – devices that are reachable only on a LAN need a VPN link between that network and your instance.
- Security checks – vulnerability, intrusion and log checks with one-at-a-time treatments (down to the single vulnerable package, with live output) run over SSH, so they cover the servers and MikroTiks your instance can reach directly or through a VPN link.
- Everything else is the same – alerting, the service desk, the password safe, backups, client portals and billing work as in the self-hosted product.
